The location was convenient and strategic, for example, a dotted garden was just a short walk away from the hotel. The very efficient and professional staff provided all the necessary info. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, multi-channel TV, a seating area and a writing desk.

We liked almost everything....the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very tastefully done, the location is in a good area, public transportation is right outside the door(metro and buses)and the airport shuttle also stops at the hotel. The trip to downtown via the metro takes about 5 minutes and the cost is very reasonable.

Unlike on a previous visit when I stayed there as a couple there was no facility for hot water, tea ,and coffee. I was looking forward to this facility. As the price was the same as before I felt this spoil my stay there

Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Very reasonably priced option without breakfast. Taxi for two, to the airport is only 60 cents more than the bus..and is faster. 7.60 eur versus 7 eur, so perfectly located. Metro literally on the hotels doorstep (10 paces) and takes you direct to heart of old Lisbon.

I wasn't ready for this!
Came for a relaxing escape and found intriguing quirks instead! From the clean and spacious room to the friendly English-speaking staff, I felt at ease. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, though some were lukewarm. An airport's roar is a reminder of your location, but proximity to the metro adds charm. Worth considering!
